MAINTENANCE
Reclaimed teak is tremendously durable and retains its integrity in the face of expected knocks and marks that a well used piece of furniture will experience. Reclaimed teak has exposed over the years, created mature seeds, beautiful and rich colors such as forest plantations. It is a very hard weight, strong wood, common oily to the touch. This oil on teak wood makes it very robust. Most sustainable furniture made from hardwood recycled or reclaimed because it is the most durable and life family-proof. Notches and scratches are an integral part of the furniture, and an aide memoire of the chronological quality of the wood.
Teak does not require any special maintenance routine. Left outside, the exposed surfaces of the furniture will become a soft silvery grey in color. Besides, weather will cause some surface erosion leading to slight surface roughness, possible mildew and checking. Checking is a natural process that occurs when teak develops small cracks in the end grain. However, this does not affect the durability of teak furniture.
This division is well equipped to handle custom made cushions as per the client requirement. You can choose the foam thickness and fabrics of your preferance. The wide variety of material availability provides you an option to choose from very economical cushions to top quality cushions. We keep the stock for all these fabrics to enable us to make timely delivery. From Sunbrella to Serafl, you have best of the materials available in this industry. We adopt the same principles of strict quality control when producing these patio cushions for your teak garden furniture or any other patio furniture. All our teak patio cushions are BOX-DOUBLE PIPED and with inner linning. We only use YKK zippers. All patio cushions have interlock stitch from inside. STANDARD POLYURETHANE FOAM Soft yet durable. This foam provides the comfort for many years. Easy to change and covered with inner lining. Production flexibility and good value. A good choice for any teak garden furniture set.
