was emphasized by Sea Party in Malaysia. We wish to produce the high quality of fries and products as well as to create the job opportunities. In general, most of the tilapia farmers suffered from overpopulation problem, to solve the problem, they used to apply hormones for mono-sex production, but this may caused harmfulness as well as side effect. Hybridization to produce mono-sex tilapia fries was practiced at Tanjung Manis by our Aquaculture Specialist, Tsai Yung Chiang.. This is the key to organic Tilapia farming.

LIQUID QUICK FREEZING (LQF) It is the new introduced freezing technology from Taiwan. A revolutionary method in freezing aquatic products, by using superconductive liquid freeze the aquatic products in a sharply short time and a very low temperature, which created less cell wall rupture during the large icing crystal formation stage. Consequently, the substance in the cell is almost unchanged, so the flavor and texture is as same as fresh after defrost. This unique technique is called – LQF.
