Business Description

ASH BROTHERS ENTERTAINMENT (A.B.E.) is a Music Label, which is distributed by Kat Entertainment Management (K.E.M)/Universal Music Group. ASH Brothers Entertainment will partner with X Records to create a more advantageous avenue for music production. A. B. E. provides digital distribution, and music sales. A. B. E. distributes singles, ringtones, full length CD’s and DVD’s in association with ASH BROTHERS FILMS. We are an Entertainment Media company that provides worldwide distribution. A. B. E. is a full service record label in both physical and digital avenues, with specific focus in the digital. Since the bulk of music distribution today is handled digitally this will enable A. B. E. to profit largely from strategic focus in this area. Releasing a digital ringtones will create a promotional buzz for the artist and bring in revenue which enables the company to grow financially during the promotional period. ASH BROTHERS ENTERTAINMENT welcomes all genres of music. A. B. E. will not distribute any content with the likeness or photos of satanic worshiping, child pornography and or any hate crimes against any children, race, creed, or sexual orientations. A. B. E. will utilize popular website sales sites such as MySpace, Rhapsody, and Itunes to establish a huge artist fan base. Getting song/artist of the week on the above mentioned affiliates will be an easy task with our direct connections. These vehicles will gain artist major exposure. The ability to distribute DVD’s with ASH Brothers Films through ASH BROTHERS ENTERTAINMENT/Universal gives an independent production company an avenue to sell their project digitally and physically with a low-cost yet savvy marketing plan. Keeping the budgets low will give us a fast and lucrative turn around. Because of the relationships with our sister company ASH Brothers Films, our joint venture company Kat Entertainment Management’s 13+ years in management and marketing, and our partner company X Record’s 18 years of music production and marketing this will create an optimum avenue for music & movie distribution.


Target Markets & Customers

ASH BROTHERS ENTERTAINMENT, will be distributed by Universal Music Group (which is the largest entertainment machine in the world). The knowledge of demographics in music and entertainment will enable A. B. E. to distinguish themselves from other labels in the area of marketing. Intense, calculated, and relentless promotional campaigns will enable A. B. E. to earn massive revenues, as well as, the growing popularity of digital downloads and ringtones.


Growth Trends in Entertainment Business

There are over one hundred magazines dedicated to Hip Hop and Rock. The last three years has taken a different turn in the music industry and now has become dominated by R & B and Pop music. (i.e. Ne-Yo, Rhianna). The time for a magazine catering to these genres has arrived. VOL. magazine (which will fall under the umbrella of Kat Entertainment Management) will be an R & B bible with artist features, producer features, DJ features, album write-ups, day in the life for that artist of the month, where to club/party, tour schedules, what’s hot to wear, romance columns, where are they now, model spreads for ads, album sales reports, radio spins reports, touring calendars from labels. Most of the above ideas will be supported by labels and advisements. The demographics of this magazine are broad because of Pop music and entertainment industry affiliates. VOL. Magazine is in developmental stages. By spring 2009 VOL. will have a professionally printed copy for review.


Objective

The ultimate goal for ASH BROTHERS ENTERTAINMENT is to build an “Entertainment Brand” with Music and Movie distribution in association with ASH BROTHERS FILMS & X RECORDS. Our long-term objective is to release unique yet quality products with trend setting in mind.
