CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME
Good afternoon and welcome to you all for today's game against our visitors Uttoxeter Town FC and may I extend a very warm welcome to the players, officials and supporters of Uttoxeter Town FC.
It was a long time coming last Saturday, but we finally managed to get a game on at the ground and I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating the last few months have been and how much we have worked to give games the chance of being played. However, my extended thanks go to everyone who has lent a hand to battle against the elements of a harsh, wet winter.

I would like to introduce 2 new additions to the Clubs Management Team, Bryan Smith and Gary Timms and I would like to welcome them to the Club. Bryan joins as the Marketing and Communication Manager and has a huge amount of experience in this field and his main role is to improve how we communicate as a club to all parties and thus create an environment where everyone, directly or indirectly, feels involved in the Club and the bigger picture of what we are trying to achieve. Gary joins the club as Head of Player Recruitment and his role is to work with the Youth and Senior team coaches and develop a culture of player progression from Youth into Senior football. The role is vital to continue with the representation of players that have played for the Club within our youth teams and some of which you will be seeing tonight, Harry Stewart, Jack Robinson, Ryan Dowling, Ben Windridge, Owen Gibbons to name a few.
As mentioned in my last notes, the Club has exciting plans ahead in terms of its reconstitution and opportunity to both purchase and develop the land and facilities at the Club and I will update you accordingly in the coming weeks as things move forward.
All that remains is to hope you enjoy the game and best of luck to Andy and the players.
Stuart Bonser
Club Chairman
