ANDY GRAY FIRST TEAM UPDATE

Hello all.

Welcome back to the NFU.

A brief word about our last game v Crawley.

The narrow 3-2 victory was positive but our performance, not so.

We started well but allowed our standards to drop and made it a very difficult afternoon for all concerned.

We assessed our fitness levels and discovered that we were a little fatigued.

We've played a lot of games in a very short space of time and this was partly why our performance was 'lack lustre'.

This week we've focussed on recovery and our physio Elise has aided with this during our training sessions.

Hopefully we're rejuvenated and ready for today's opponents.

Romulus are sure to be a very tough opposition and they are currently doing well in the division above. FA Vase day is always special and hopefully today we'll have enough to see us progress further in the competition.
