Brompton choose Ashford as new home Brompton, the UK’s largest bicycle manufacturer, has announced exciting plans to create a revolutionary new factory in Ashford by 2027. The new factory will be constructed on a floodplain, which will provide an opportunity to restore the wetland and improve the flood mitigation of the site and promote walking and cycling opportunities.
