Richard Anderson was born and raised in Tulare California, by parents, Dick & Donna Anderson. Richard attended Tulare Western High School. Richard is the third generation of Andersons to successfully own and operate Westside Lockers, a local meat market located in Tulare and Hanford. Richard’s great aunt Beth, a realtor by trade, was the first to recognize Richard’s innate ability, as a child, to appraise homes within minutes and encouraged Richard to obtain a real estate license assuring him it would be a natural fit; she really did “hit the nail on the head”, in Richard’s first year as a licensed Realtor he was named the top selling agent at his firm. Richard has been helping buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and agricultural property for over 10 years. Richard has recently teamed up with his daughter, Ashley Anderson to offer his clients the mass media marketing expertise that is necessary to receive the maximum value for their properties. Richard is excited to be working with his daughter; they have an unparalleled professional relationship and are able to finish each other’s sentences without stepping on each other’s toes.

Ashley Anderson was born and raised in Tulare California by her parents, Richard Anderson and Susan Leal. Ashley attended Sundale and Tulare Union High school, where she was a redskin cheerleader. Ashley attended college in Southern California at Azusa Pacific University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Post grad, Ashley returned to Tulare and started her professional career at a new emerging real estate firm in Visalia as their bookkeeper, during her three years with the company, Ashley facilitated it’s growth to become the largest real estate firm in the history of Tulare and Kings Counties with offices in Tulare, Visalia, Porterville and Hanford along with earning the title of Chief Financial Officer. Ashley then went to Harris Ranch in Coalinga where she was the Assistant Controller working alongside William Bourdeau, now the Executive Vice President of Harris Ranch Inc. Following her employment with Harris Ranch, Ashley went on to obtain her real estate license, seeming to be a natural fit, she has joined her father, Richard Anderson, combining their efforts to become a full-service real estate team. Richard and Ashley have branded themselves as “Anderson & Anderson , a father-daughter practice” They are looking forward to building their company while expanding their resources.
