The Stockton Cousins Group Connie Cousins-Baker Connie Cousins Baker is an Atlanta native who lives Intown in Atlanta. She began her real estate career on the investment side, and became a licensed Realtor in Georgia in 2003. She has forcused her business in the Intown neighborhoods of Atlanta and Decatur. Connie completed a Bachelor’s in Education at the University of Georgia, a Master of Social Work at Clark Atlanta University, and a Master of Public Health at Emory University. For 20 years prior to real estate, Connie worked in social services, most recently as a supervisor in the Pediatrics Department of Emory. While tanslating her service skills and great selling ability to real estate, she also continues to serve on several community non-profit boards and support such agencies.

Katie Brannen An Atlanta native, licensed real estate agent and member of the Atlanta Board, Katie is the newest associate of the Stockton Cousins Group within Harry Norman, Realtors®. Katie grew up in a real estate family, her father having been founder of the commercial real estate firm, NAI Brannen Goddard, where she interned throughout high school and learned the business “from the inside.” She is also an active member of the Atlanta non-profit community through Trinity House and the Special Olympics. After Woodward Academy, Katie graduated from Auburn University in business and marketing, and furthered her studies abroad with the Parson’s School of Design. Katie knows Buckhead and Atlanta with a fresh “younger” perspective and enthusiasm you are sure to enjoy as you work with her.

Harry Marshall Harry, Business Partner and a licensed Realtor, joined Margie’s team in 2008 and was formerly General Partner of Armada Ventures, LLC in Atlanta. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board and President/CEO of Candescent Technologies Corporation in Silicon Valley. Harry was also a general partner in J.H. Whitney & Co., which he joined in 1983, and the investment banking firm of Hambrecht & Quist. He has more than 10 years of operating experience within the electronics industry and, after graduate school, worked with McKinsey & Company. Harry received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida (Highest Honors), a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (Honors) and served in the United States Marine Corps.
