As a campus minister at Wofford College I have had the privilege of getting to know Ashley over the past three years. During this time I have been able to observe Ashley’s character and work ethic and have been greatly encouraged.

Ashley is a joy to be around because she is available, teachable and accomplishes tasks assigned to her efficiently and in a timely manner. Over this past year Ashley served as an intern within our ministry in the area of social media and communications. Her responsibilities included managing our ministry’s social media accounts, developing communication campaigns to increase meeting attendance, sending weekly announcement emails, and designing graphics and advertisements for various events and communications. In all of these endeavors, Ashley was committed to a high standard of excellence that clearly came across in her work.

In a previous summer, Ashley attended our ministry’s summer leadership project. During this time Ashley developed tremendously in the areas of servant leadership, conversational and relational skills, and collaboration efforts on team projects. As a result of this experience, Ashley has displayed the ability to work well independently as well as in partnership with other individuals.
