Ayman specialises in combining the big picture vision with the fine detail delivery. He is an award-winning and industry renowned Project Executive. His ability to grasp a complex client brief, transform it into a creative concept and then place it into a structured delivery plan and timeline is exceptional.

Negin comes with five years of experience in event management and operations management. Her focus is on designing the creative event plans and activities for the events and exhibitions. Since joining tgp, Negin has been part of implementing big events such as YouthConnect for Expo 2020 Dubai, Masdar Open Day, Jumeirah Golf Estate in Cityscape, Man Truck & Bus in Big 5, Etisalat in Zayed Heritage Village and Yas Mall Events.

Anlyn comes with four years experience as an event management professional and three years as a Public Relations executive. She is versatile, results oriented and has good attention to detail. She is very passionate about excellent customer service and ensures top notch quality when it comes to delivering work having worked with brands like Solar Impulse, Volkswagen, International Tennis Premier League, Qualcomm and Infosys

A growing interest in events led him to join our team after working as a senior graphic designer for some highly recognised event companies.

He also has 7 years experience in 3D Design including Game Modeling, Architectural design, Exhibition Stand design and is highly experienced in Photoshop. He is an integral part of the events division in conceptualizing and visualizing the overall creative elements.

Invitations An invite that is unique and luxurious, showcasing traits of the new fleet itself. Intricately designed, the invite will deliver a message of the elegance and extragavance the event unveil.

As guests drive in, they are welcomed by Royal Jet branded flags on either side until they arrive the valet desk. Here a royal blue carpet is leading guests inside the venue where hostesses dressed in Royal Jet uniforms greet and guide them to the pre-function area.

Guest Welcome & Arrival A team of valet personnel will be dedicated to manage all 150 guest cars at the main entrance. All guests can display their car tags for valet along with their invitations card at the entrance for additional ease of services.

Press Backdrop Guests enter the venue and are surprised by paparazzi, a press backdrop is setup and photographers are stationed across it asking guests to pose. We can have a host asking guests questions and getting short interview snippets for post event video or for press bytes before they move to the networking area.

Red Carpet Host - Optional Samar Breitem, a media liaison facilitator, will assist guests and media with interview requests. Samar is one of the region’s brightest bilingual presenters and MC’s born and raised in the cosmopolitan and multicultural UAE, and earned a degree in English Literature from the prestigious McGill University in Canada.

Networking Area The pre-function or networking area will have cocktail tables setup with white linen and floral arrangements in blue and gold. While guests network canapĂŠs and beverages will be served to them. Free-standing branding and intelligent mood lighting will be used to bring a warm and luxurious ambience to the overall setup.

His Highness’ Arrival His Highness will have a separate entrance and the standard protocol will be followed by TGP as asked for. TGP will assign top and compliant security services for the movement of His Highness and accompanied VVIP guests right from valet drop off point to the their seats in the main event area.

Branding Panel A branding Panel at the far end of the Networking Area leads to the Main Event area and also poses as another photo opportunity wall for all guests. Closer to the arrival of his highness, we will have all guests move to the Main Event area.

A social media wall is setup with live feed of activity and conversation of the soon to be launched aircraft and updates from the media creating a buzz for the evening to unfold.

Launch Activation The stage is set and all guests are requested to move in from the pre-function to the main event area. Ushers and hostesses are positioned strategically to assist all guests. Guests move in and take a seat, VVIPs are allocated seating upfront and all remaining guests are led to the guest seating which is set with round table seating. Optionally we can have a grand stand structure to hold audience seating. All tables will be decorated with floral arrangements

Launch Activation The emcee introduces the event and begins it with a speech from a key Royal Jet representative.

This is followed by a unique entertainment act that will be customized to depict the messaging “Above

and Beyond�

We will have customised 3D content mapping the large screen which then drops and continues mapping on the aircraft itself. The content builds up to the point of unveil of the aircraft, when a segment of the launch will cue the drop of the screen material revealing the aircraft. Alternatively, we could have artists performing in synchronisation to the content or an aerial acrobat act, which can be customized to tell a tale that depict the characteristics of Royal Jet as brand like luxury, strength or benevolence. Displaying what that every individual flying with Royal Jet would experience. Representing that Royal Jet is soaring high and displaying complete perfection in every move. The act can also be one with lasers and lighting effect synchronised with artists or acrobat dancers. We can also have 3D mapping or lightning effect simultaneously on the aircraft for a higher dramatic effect.

VVIP Experience The event closes with a thank you speech and quick information about the aircraft. The emcee then invites His Highness and the remaining VVIP guests on stage for photo opportunity. Followed by which they are taken inside the aircraft for a complete on-board experience and try the other services available on the aircraft. The emcee thanks all guests for their presence and participation in making the launch a successful one. We can have ambient music as guests network and prepare to leave the venue.

Omar Butti

Perhaps best known as the face of the UAE’s biggest English language TV channel, Omar presents the flagship news and current affairs show, “Emirates 24/7”. Omar has hosted many of Dubai One’s prestigious live events, from the Metro launch to announcing the Expo 2020 victory live from Paris to the opening ceremonies of the 2011 and 2012 Dubai International Film Festival. He has also MCed global events including the Forbes Global CEO Conference where he introduced His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Global Diabetes Forum where he introduced His Highness Shekih Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Since working alongside Tom Cruise and Brad Bird during the production of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Omar has been busy writing and directing his own short films. Omar is also a documentary filmmaker whose credits include HBO and two seasons of a UAE cultural program entitled “Emirati” which brought UAE heritage to an English speaking audience. In April 2013, Omar was a finalist in a month long documentary film making competition sponsored by the United Nations in Chennai, India, called “Chance of a Lifetime”. As an aspiring feature film director, Omar was a finalist in Image Nation’s first annual Arab Film Studios televised competition, documenting five Emirati filmmakers as they battle it out to create their first professional short movie. His short film “Black/White” ran in competition at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival and he is currently writing his first full length feature.

Graduated from the American University in Sharjah however Saoud’s career began years earlier at the early age of nine years old, when he became the first child television presenter on Dubai TV and has remained there ever since. He is currently presenting the acclaimed Almaidan which is under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid, Crown Prince of Dubai. In 1999, he was the recipient of the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for the most distinguished student. He is a member of the board in the UAE Ministry of Education, which makes him the first student to be an official member of a ministerial council. He will make his feature film debut playing one of the lead roles, Faisal, in the first Emarati feature movie, City of Life.

Raya Abirached is a Lebanese-British TV presenter and producer based in London. She is well known in the Middle East as the host of hit show [Arabs’ Got Talent], the Arab World’s answer to [America’s Got Talent] and for being the first arabic journalist to interview the biggest celebrities, from A-list movie stars and directors (Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Nicole Kidman, Clint Eastwood, Martin Scorcese, Oliver Stone...), music stars (Mariah Carey, Beyonce Knowles, Shakira), sports celebrities (Luis Figo, Boris Becker) as well as designers like Karl Lagerfeld. Every year, she covers all the major awards ceremonies (Oscars, BAFTAs, Brits) and Film Festivals (Cannes, Venice, Berlin) She also had one-one-one interviews the biggest Arabic stars like Omar Sharif, Youssef Shahine, Ragheb Alama and Kazem El Saher. In 2006, she followed palestinian filmmaker Hani AbuAsaad from his win as best foreign film at the Golden Globes to his Oscar nomination. Raya also regularly collaborates as a celebrity journalist with several TV stations like Entertainment Tonight in the US, Star TV in Switzerland, ZDF in Germany, ORF in Austria and Telecine in Brazil and is often requested to do generic interviews for major movie studios like Warner Bros, Disney and Paramount. Campaign Release To create Buzz about Royal Jet’s new fleet prior to the event and to create momentum: • We will prepare an announcement release about the changes, the benefits, the upgraded experience, etc by developing a business pitch platform and a luxury pitch platform. • The press release would also include key facts and figures about Royal jet and its commitment to upgrading its fleet. • We will create content to pitch to the media to increase the chances of pick up- this will include infographics, company. • The release would go out to Key regional media in trade and luxury publications in two phases. The first would go out in September to Monthly publications and the second would be a week before the launch event and would go to all weeklies, dailies and onlines.

Content Creation – Infographics Infographics are a great way of engaging with the media as they present facts and figures in an easy to read way. They are also visually appealing and increase the potential pick up of a release. • We will create an infographic to send out with the release that will contain Royal Jets key facts and figures, including: fleet size, Aircraft type, passengers flown, hours flown, countries flown to/ cities flown to. • A second infographic would also be created. It would be about the new aircraft and its features including technical specs and luxury facilities. This will then go out with the campaign release to supplement it.

She began her career in music early, learning to play instruments and singing. She released her debut album Majnoun in 2013 through Rotana Records. Interviews We can set up interviews with the key spokesperson of Royal Jet and media that are attending the event. Â Interviews are a great way of securing larger features in key publications as well as showcasing the knowledge and passion Royal Jet has for the corporate aviation industry. It is also a great opportunity for the media to hear Royal Jets plans for the future first hand from the companies key spokesperson.

PR Stunt – Above & Beyond PR Stunts are a great way of creating a really big buzz in the market through one event. They are a great way of putting the launch of the new aircraft top of mind in the key target markets mind and drumming up interest and exposure. This would be done by taking a select few media and influencers on a short flight in the new aircraft. This would allow them the chance to experience what Royal jet has to offer first hand and would be a huge hit with them. It would also give select media a chance to experience the aircraft before everyone else and thus secure larger features in their publications. If A short flight is not a viable option, we would like to host select media for a late breakfast/ early lunch on the new aircraft. This would be a great opportunity to show select media and influencers the chance to still experience the aircraft and its facilities while it is on the ground.
