The Asia Pacific Conference is one of the largest regional conference organized by AIESEC. The conference will host over 250 delegates from more than 25 countries in the Asia-Pacific region and across the globe to celebrate youth leadership, cultural diversity and global togetherness. This conference will be the unique platform where AIESEC’s leaders of the whole region can gather together to align the direction, learn how to address the world issues, improve skills, increase knowledge, activate leadership, interact with partners and enhance the cooperation between networks. In the year of 2019, Thailand will not be the only host of the Asia Pacific Region but also the home for everyone for the conference from March 24-28, 2019.

Payment Policy Payment amount: The total payment per delegate is 10,400 THB This includes: 1) Delegate Fee 9,500 THB 2) Damage Fee Deposit 900 THB (Damage Fee is refundable after the conference if no damage is made) Payment process: 1) Delegate accepts terms and conditions regarding the payment process (Already sent to email the delegate uses to sign up for APC). 2) Delegate gives the total amount of payment to the chief delegate of the entity. 3) Chief delegate will be selected by the MCP. Total payment of the country will be collected from the Chief Delegate of each country at the registration table on 24th of March. Please ensure to make the payment in Thai Baht, or else the payment will not be received. 8
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation procedure: For cancellation, please send an official email to asiapacific.conference@aiesec.net and with “Delegation Cancellation_Your AIESEC Member Committee_Your Name� as the Email subject. CC will then, confirm each cancellation via email. Cancellation fee: The delegate is still required to pay the Delegate Fee (9,500 THB) in case that the delegate fails to turn up at the conference and does not inform the CC of the cancellation before the deadline. Cancellation deadline for the first round application is 23:59 January 29th GMT+7

HOW TO APPLY 1. Visa on Arrival (VoA): “Online Application for Visa on Arrival� service is now available only for passengers arriving in Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport. Apply Tourist Visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in your country The documents and fee are subject to change anytime and without prior notice, so it is a good idea to be updated by visiting the nearest Thai Embassy or consulate in your area or Thai Embassy website of your country (check on http://www.thaiembassy.org/main/) Documents required: 1. Passport or travel document with a validity not less than 6 months 2. Visa application form (filled out) 3. Recent (4x6cm.) photographs of the applicant 4. Round-trip air ticket or e-ticket (paid in full) 5. Proof of financial means (20,000 baht per person/40,000 baht per family) US $ 30.00 per entry or equivalent. 6. Invitation Letter (Preferred) 7. Acceptance Note (Preferred)

Special Reminder 1)The CC team suggests that all the delegates to visit the website relating to Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate General before applying for VISA. This temple is more commonly known as Temple of the Emerald Buddha; it is one of the city's most historic temples and is located close to the Grand Palace. The temple's claim to fame and main attraction is the Phra Kaew Morakot, the Emerald Buddha which was carved out of a single piece of jade.
The Jim Thompson House stands on the Saen Saeb canal across from Bangkrua. The building was constructed by Jim Thompson who wanted a home where he could showcase his incredible collection of Asian art.

The largest market in Thailand, and one of the largest weekend markets in the world, Chatuchak, also called J.J., is a treasure trove of stalls selling clothing, food, crafts, plants, jewelry, leather goods, hand-made goods, religious articles, collectables and household items.

An incredibly popular ‘one plate’ dish for lunch or dinner, fried basil and pork is certainly one of the most popular Thai dishes. It is made in a piping hot wok with lots of holy basil leaves, large fresh chilli, pork, green beans, soy sauce and a little sugar. The minced, fatty pork is oily and mixes with the steamed white rice for a lovely fulfilling meal.

Arrival Conditions â—? Airports : a)There are 2 mains international airports serving for Bangkok; Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport. b)Both have an easy access to our hotel. C)Suvarnabhumi Airport is closer and has more alternative ways of transportation to the hotel and venue.

� Pick-up arrangement : 1)Pick-up service will be on : Saturday, March 23, 2019. From 08.00 am. - 08.00 pm. 2)CC will wait for you in the arrival hall and will provide printed transport guidance to the hotel at the conference 3)CC will help facilitate you but will not accompany and delegates are responsible for transportation payment 4)If the delegates don’t arrive within the above date and time, delegates can’t expect the presence of the CC and are required to take the transportation by referring to transport informations or reach out to CC through communication channel 5)More details about transportation will be provided in our next booklet

Pre-stay & Post-stay â—? Since the suggested arrival date is on Saturday, March 23, 2019, every delegate may need to book a pre-stay because the Delegate Fee is only cover the hotel staying from the 24th-28th of March. â—? For those who may want a pre-stay or post-stay, we provide you the same hotel as the conference at a discount price(1,200 THB/room for two people). We also provide some other hostel information.
