What is Asia PacificConference ?

Asia Pacific Conference (APC) is one of the largest regional conference organized by AIESEC and over 200+ delegates from 24 countries in the Asia-Pacific Region aimed at celebrating youth leadership, cultural diversity and global togetherness.

APC is to be the unique platform to the regional network of AIESEC leaders from the Asia-Pacific Region where AIESEC leaders were gathered together in order to develop skills and knowledge, enhance leadership potential, create cross-cultural learning environment, connect to AIESECers from other Local Committees and we need to achieve Peace and Fulfillment of Humankind’s Potential.

In the year 2019, APC will be hosted by AIESEC in Thailand from March 24-28, 2019.

Registration Process

1. Read all the information in 1st APC2019 delegate booklet thoroughly

2. Apply online application on link

3. Receive the official delegate confirmation & Payment Process

4. Book round trip flight

5. *Apply for tourist Visa (in case you’re in the countries which aren’t available for Visa Exemption)

6. Get insurance

7. Submit Logistics form to us

(Flights, insurance, Visa)

8. Come to Thailand (with 10,400 THB delegate fee)**

9. Create the best memory together at APC 2019

** Delegate fee is 250 EUR + 25 EUR damage fee deposit Exchange rate is 1 EUR = 37.69 THB

Main Events

**Opening Ceremony**
Opening ceremony is the official ceremony which welcomes the delegation from more than 26countries to Thailand with colorful Thai traditional performances. For the Opening Ceremony, the Chief Guest (Governmental Figure), Guests (representative of 10 universities in Thailand), Partners and university students from 10+ universities will be participating to welcome the delegation

**Global Village**
Global Village is an unprecedented opportunity for youth from 26+ countries to celebrate culture, traditions, cuisines, and lifestyles and promote the specialties of their home countries. Friend and tolerance all over the world is encouraged through cross cultural understanding.

**World’s Largest Lesson**
Delegates will get to go into local schools in Thailand in order to make aware in Thai youths about Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and discuss the current global, national and local issues. The idea is to outreach future young leaders and engage them in our vision and thereby address the current global issues.

**Youth Speak Forum**
The United Nations (UN) together with AIESEC have started a new path of collaboration. AIESEC in partnership with UN acts as a major youth organization working toward Sustainable Development Goals. Youth Speak Forum is an official focal point which brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global, national and local issues. The main goal is to outreach every young person and engage them in our vision and thereby address the current global issues.

**Gala Night Thai Night**
Gala Night is where entities of AIESEC are awarded for their impact on the world and performance. It is the most glamorous formal event in the conference to appreciate the best of the best in the region.
