About the Project Office: Panorama Designer : Me This villa, was my very real first project (After Graduation), it consists of two master bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, two guest rooms, two kitchens and a rooftop small apartment. With the total area of 350 sqm. The villa is a combination between Classical and Modern styles. Large windows and complicated ornamentations mostly made the mix. I wanted to make a pleasing and welcoming front elevation, and I wanted to present luxury in all other elevations.

About the Project Designer : Me
This building is a 29 story building. Three basements, two as parkings, the third one is for services for the theatre. The podium is three floors with a roof garden, consists of meeting rooms, restaurants, cafes, lounge, VIP rooms, theatre, multipurpose hall, and a big garden. The upper floors are office floors, each with a roof garden, restaurant floor, and mechanical rooms.
