Steady Growth In early 2015, Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty moved our office from Aspen Glen to downtown Glenwood Springs. With the advent of this move, it seemed appropriate to rebrand the office to Roaring Fork Sotheby’s International Realty to better reflect the expansive nature of our business. Then in the summer of 2016, we opened a second office centrally located in the Glenwood Meadows shopping center, offering two of the busiest walk-in locations in Glenwood Springs to promote our listings. In 2019, Roaring Fork Sotheby’s International Realty continued to set the bar with $1.62 Billion in sales volume, capturing the largest market share in the Roaring Fork Valley for the 12th straight year.
