With home cooking back on the menu, we are pleased to hear that the school re-opens on 1st September with their “Sizzling Summer BBQ” cooking class. “Gastro Pub Inspired Dishes” and “Cooking for Beginners” are also available in September. New classes, including vegan and vegetarian, are coming soon.

Congratulations to the Saffron Walden Ice Cream Company, celebrating 10 years of trading. Their luxury artisan ice cream is produced on the family farm, with many ingredients being locally sourced and supplied to Essex businesses. They recommended we try their seasonal blackberry ice cream this month, made with hand-picked Cammas Hall blackberries.
