TRE STELLE
In 1942, Giuseppe Cimino began his activity as a cheesemaker by "cutting" the first mozzarella with his gnarled hands, producing them with one of the finest milk - that buffalo milk from the Piana del Sele. Driven by the desire to learn the art of dairy farming and to follow in the footsteps of his father-in-law, Gennaro also began, from an early age, to engage in the family business which, in the 1980s, he took over to renew it according to the new market trends. Today the Tre Stelle Dairy is synonymous with and guarantee of excellence: a success given by the ability to produce dairy specialties with traditional methods and to innovate production thanks to cutting-edge tools and technologies.
