We don’t just work with farmers, we are farmers. This is where rich grass grows, and the cows are given room to roam. Here, the freshest milk is transformed, within a few hours and miles of the pasture, into food of real integrity.
Yet although our production scale remains human and tirelessly local, our appreciation is truly global. Our products find their way to the finest tables around the globe, to food lovers who insist on and understand quality.
