INGREDIENTS: 2 cups paneer cubes ¼ cup all purpose flour 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 cup whole milk 2 Tbsp harissa 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1 tsp garlic powder Pinch cayenne Salt and Pepper

Crispy Panner Bites

Curry Dijon Aioli ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Dijon 1 tsp lemon juice 1 minced garlic clove 1 tsp curry powder 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives Salt and pepper DIRECTIONS Mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Whisk together the milk and harissa in a separate bowl. Combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic, cayenne, salt and pepper in an additional bowl. Coat each piece of cheese with flour, then dip in milk, and then roll in breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs firmly into the cheese. Select Preheat on the Air Fryer, adjust to 400° F. Press Start/Pause. Place the coated paneer bites into the preheated air fryer. Set timer for 15 minutes. Shake the baskets halfway through cooking. For the aioli, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve paneer bites warm with aioli.
