Marysville USD 364 Master Plan Marysville, Kansas Tevis Architects’ Comprehensive Master Plan for the Marysville School District served as the basis for a bond issue referendum. Master plan development included a facility analysis of all School District #364 facilities as well as a structural and mechanical systems review. At the outset of the Master Plan process, Tevis Architects conducted a goal setting session with the district stakeholders. Large group information gathering techniques were utilized to assemble input from all levels of staff, students, and the surrounding community. This information was rendered into a visual representation for the community, and finally translated into a building program and concept design for all of USD 364 facilities. (Shown Below: Marysville USD 364 Master Plan proposed high school facility addition rendering )
“Tevis Architects, as a group, demonstrates exemplary people skills as they work successfully with all the district’s stakeholders to create an outstanding product”

Carrollton School District Carrollton, Missouri -New K-6 Elementary School -Comprehensive District Master Plan -School District Re-roofing -School District Energy Upgrades One of four education-focused buildings on the Carrollton campus, the 60,000 s.f. Elementary Grade Center serves the needs of 3rd through 5th grades. The facility also provides food service needs of adjacent educational buildings. Similar to many rural school districts, the successful passage of a bond issue was a challenging first step. However, using the Design-Build delivery system and preengineered building systems, Tevis Architects was successful in developing a building design that reduced potential construction cost, allowing for a bond issue amount accepted by the school district voters. The finished result is an efficient and effective school that meets the needs of the students, staff and community.
