ASPERN SEESTADT VIENNA IS A NEW DISTRICT FOR EVERYONE BUT PARTICULARLY FOR NEW GENERATION KNOWN AS MILLENNIALS. BLOCK F13 GIVES A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES SUCH AS CREATIONS IN SCOUTING INSTITUTE OR PLAYING SPORTS IN HALL AND EVERYTHING BETWEEN. THE APARTMENT BUILDING IS SITUATED IN THE HEART OF ASPERN SEESTADT VIENNA. BLOCK F13 IS PLACED NEAR GREEN STRING, WHICH IS THE INSPIRATION FOR MY CONCEPT. GREAT EMPHASIS IS PLACED IN NICE CONDITION FOR LIVING AND ALSO OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH NATURE. THERE IS ALSO A LOT OF SPACE TO RETAIL IN GROUND FLOOR. I WOULD SUGGEST SUSTAINABLE FASHION STORE AND ZERO WASTE STORE TO RETAIL. THE APARTMENTS GREENERY IS DESIGNED AS BALCONIES WITH WILD GRASS CONNECTED TO VERTICAL CLIMBING PLANTS. THE BUILDING ALSO HAS GOT A GREEN ROOF WITH AREA TO TAKE A REST FROM THE WORLD AROUND US. IN THE OTHER PART OF THE ROOF SHOULD BE PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS. THE GREENERY TAKES UP THREE SIDES OF THE BUILDING, WHICH GIVES OUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE SIDE WITH OR WITHOUT IT. THE BUILDING IS AFFECTED BY THE SURROUNDING AREA, MEANING ONE FACADE IS COMPLETELY BLIND. THE APARTMENTS IN THIS PROJECT ARE MOSTLY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF APARTMENTS - 1KK FOR A COUPLE OR A SINGLE PERSON, 3KK FOR A NEW FAMILY WITH ONE CHILD AND LOFT FOR A COUPLE OR A SINGLE PERSON WHO LOVES FREEDOM AND A LOT OF SPACE. BLOCK F13 SHOULD NOT BE BARRIER FOR PEDESTRIANS THANKS TO DECOMPOSITION OF MASSES. THERE ARE PASSAGES BETWEEN BUILDINGS TO CUT SHORT WAYS. THERE IS AN ATTRACTIVE ELEVATED GRASS PLACE FOR PICNIC IN THE MAIN AREA AND ON THE OTHER SIDE IS A QUIET PLACE FOR READING BORROWED BOOKS FROM THE LIBRARY.
