This work was inspired by the motherhood and the time I have been spending with my little daughter. Seeing her bright smiles, touching her chubby little fingers and every minutes with her gave me all the inspiration for creating the illustrations and pattern design.

Teatime
“Peranakan” refers to a person of mixed Chinese and Malay/Indonesian heritage and Singapore Peranakan culture has a very distinctive style which includes a bright, energetic and wholly loveable style. I illustrated and designed this pattern with the vivacity and colorful features of Peranakan style. This is commissioned work for a fabric company in Singapore and fabrics were loved by hand makers & sewists in Singapore.

Wallpaper Safari illustration and pattern design for Love vs Design wallpaper company in US. This was commissioned work for kids/baby room wallpaper and I designed the jungle and safari theme with cute and fun illustration style.
