It’s 1963, and the world is changing. Bobby and Laura’s hit single Dreamboats and Petticoats has not taken off. Norman and Sue have settled down to non-marital bliss and a baby! But Ray and Donna seem blissfully happy. The advent of the Beatles and the Merseyside sound is inspirational. But will it inspire Bobby and Laura to have one more shot at stardom, Norman to ‘get off the drains’ and find that singing voice he has longed for, and Ray to realise his ambition and manage a really top pop act? All will be revealed in a follow up with the same wit, charm, and great songs as Dreamboats and Petticoats. Many of the songs are from the next period in pop history. ★★★★★ ‘magical, witty. straight from the heart’ the metro

This exhilarating musical follows the irrepressible imagination and dreams of Phineas T Barnum, America’s Greatest Showman, who lit up the world with colour, warmth and the excitement of his imagination.

Presenting its first major revival, Bourne takes a fresh look at this modern fairytale, which will be revitalised for a whole new generation of dance lovers and theatregoers. Based on the classic Tim Burton motion picture and featuring the beautiful music of Danny Elfman and Terry Davies, this touching and witty love story tells the bittersweet tale of a boy left alone and unfinished in a strange new world. It is a parable for our times about the ultimate outsider, whose journey builds to an unforgettable finale filled with theatrical magic. After global success with his inspired interpretations of Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Nutcracker!, this new production is guaranteed to delight the whole family.

‘TOM STOPPARD’S DAZZLING MASTERPIECE’

the Daily Telegraph

IN

OPENING BRIGHTON 2015

TRB P

First premiéred at the National Theatre, Tom Stoppard’s undisputed masterpiece, Arcadia, is an exciting new collaboration between Theatre Royal Brighton Productions (Dandy Dick, Blue Orange) and English Touring Theatre (Ghosts, The Misanthrope). In a stately home in 19th Century rural Derbyshire, secret desires and professional rivalries take hold of the residents of Sidley Park as Thomasina, a talented pupil, makes a startling discovery well ahead of her time, whilst in the present day academics Hannah and Bernard attempt to piece together the fragments of truth that tell her story. One of the greatest plays of the last century, the Olivier Award-winning Arcadia explores the delicate relationship between past and present, blending history with actuality as the focus drifts from 1809 to now and back again. Arcadia was recently voted one of the Nation’s Top Five plays in English Touring Theatre’s ‘My Favourite Play’ poll.
