Mikhail Hastings I have admired the College system in the USA for many years. We only have access to NFL and College Basketball, but I have seen how good it works. I would firstly like to help the college that selects me to win championships because it will help the exposure to that college and as the college grows with stature, I will be more proud of mine and the establishment’s achievements.

INTERVIEW Why should a coach choose you for their team? The coach should choose me for their team because I am a very good playmaker and can play the killer pass in the dying moments of the game which could lead us to winning the game or scoring a goal. I have a long throw in that reaches the back post of the goal. I am tall and can win headers in the air both defensively and I have scored a number of goals with my head. I have an excellent passing game both long passing and short passing, I have above average speed. I have good balance and am strong on the ball and off it. I am good at shooting but enjoy and prefer to assist my team mates so they can score. I believe that assists are equally important as scoring. I have quick feet and good skill on the ball I like to run at players, I am right footed but can kick with the left as well. I have played in Premiership winning teams for the past 3 seasons and I have a winning personality/ mentality. I do not accept below 100% effort both from me or my teammates.
How hard do you work on your goals? I work very hard on my goals. I set myself targets to reach in every performance. eg. 5 killer passes per half or 5 shots on goal per game etc.etc. I like to set goals and achieve them quickly. I will practice and practice them until I master them. I like to set new goals as well and want to improve in every aspect of my game. I train and average of 14 - 20 hours per week. 6 hours at club and at least 10 hours on my own.
