Questions & Card Games - A little silence can be good, but when things get a bit too boring, have a list of random road trip questions to get the conversation going. After a long drive, you’ll be ready to play and splash in some of the best beaches in the OC. Capture postcard worthy pictures at Crystal Cove State Beach or take a dip at Corona Del Mar State Beach. While sunbathing, you can watch the yachts pull in and out of the harbor. Hoping to see some surfing? Headphones - When he wants to listen to the game and you need a bit of Adele, slip on your headphones, and say hello to a bit of space for yourself. Some higher-end headphones have noise canceling capabilities if you’d rather opt for peace and quiet.

Anything to Keep Comfortable - It’s a long drive, so comfort is key. Bring a cozy blanket, a neck pillow, and clothes that are breathable and stretchy.
