Stressless travel for seniors The age of senescence does not put a full-stop to the possibilities of dreams. It is the right time to travel the world with your loved ones. The desire to travel is abundant but it is equally important to care for oneself and others. Explore the colourful cities and culture through a global journey. Erase the constant worries and give some space to travel thoughts. When you have your aged parent on the journey, make a note of few things to have a smooth trip: Travelling with family would be diuerent than when travelling with friends. Especially, when everyone knows each other's behaviour and mood to the last detail. When you have seniors on travel, always be flexible to take regular breaks. It would be a good oppor- tunity to have a nice stretch. A walk could refresh the mind. And maybe it could give the time to do your favourite activity or crack a joke or two!

Nourishment is the necessary thumb rule on a journey. General- ly, the mothers are remindful to keep enough of snacks for the entire family. The goody bag, that is, the picnic basket prepared by the mothers comes along with favourite snacks of the family members. For the elders, it is essential to take their meals on time as they would have to take daily medications. Having food on the wheels solves the confusions and becomes a life-saver when one does not find a good restaurant on the way. Safety in every step. Keep an eye on the elders at all times. Grandkids can assist their grandparents in doing activities by just holding their hands and providing the extra support. This kind of quality time will open windows for the senior to share memories and interesting experiences with their grandkids. It is also a great time to interact with one's grandparents. One of the important essentials on an expedition is the safety medical kit. Keep a checklist of the necessary medicines which are needed. And make sure it is packed and suitable for use. Travelling gear is a must on trips. Walking sticks, strollers, wheelchairs, neck cushions and scarves are the protective gears for a happy journey. Knowing the nearby hospitals and clinics would help us to handle any kind of medical emergency during the travel.
