4. Proximity to not one, but two Starbucks locations –I love to order my coffee through the app and skip the lines.

5. Enjoy front row seats to all events on Peachtree Road, including the AJC Peachtree Road Race! Folks in the building love to cheer on the crowd.

6. The building is so much fun - I love going downstairs for a quick workout at Orangetheory Fitness and then grabbing a sushi roll from Starfish Restaurant. There’s even a discount for living upstairs!
