ATLANTIC FELLOWS FOR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EQUITY
OUR FELLOWSHIP
The Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity programme (AFSEE) is an innovative fully-funded fellowship for changemakers housed at the LSE International Inequalities Institute.
Through research, education, and practice, AFSEE supports and encourages dialogue and collaboration between a range of stakeholders, including academics, activists, artists, practitioners, and policymakers to develop new thinking, ideas, and values-led approaches to tackle social and economic inequalities.
OUR FELLOWS
Our Fellows are mid-career social change leaders, from diverse countries and contexts, who are working to challenge inequality and are committed to using collective leadership to work towards social and economic justice for all.
Fellows on the Residential track undertake the MSc in Inequalities and Social Science at LSE, as well as participate in the programme’s four bespoke modules over the course of the year.
Non-Residential Fellows undertake a project that aims to offer a new insight, challenge, or solution to inequalities and join their Residential counterparts on the fellowship modules.
After the active fellowship year, a variety of funding, initiatives, and collaborative projects are offered to Fellows to support their professional development, learning, and knowledge exchange and to expand their networks.
