ATLANTIC OILS AMBASSADOR - WORLD CHAMPION AXEMAN DAVID FOSTER David Foster is the first person in sporting history to have won 1000 championships. This was achieved at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 1998 and widely reported by media both in Australia and overseas. He has won the Australian Axeman of the Year a record breaking nine times in a row. In 1990 David was awarded Axeman of the Decade - the accolades just keep coming. There is not a major event in Australia and New Zealand that David hasn’t competed in and won - when he competed against the Americans he took three world records from them.

Some Achievements

• Awarded an Order of Australia Medal • The only axeman to have ever won six out of seven championships at the Royal Sydney Show and has achieved that feat five (5) times. • Won the World 600 mm Double Handed Sawing Championship with his late father, George Foster eleven (11) times straight and ten (10) times with his brother, Peter Foster, at the Royal Sydney Show; altogether winning this title 21 times straight. • Named Tasmanian Axeman of the Year in 1990. The only axeman to have ever won that award twice.

• In 1992 he was announced as the first Advance Australia Ambassador for Tasmania. • Captained Australia to a 3-nil win over New Zealand in November 1994 and also 3-nil wins at the Sydney Show in 1995 and 1998 and a 2-nil win in 1999. This was followed up with a 3-nil win over the New Zealanders and Americans in 2000. • In 2003 was awarded the Centenary Medal by the Governor of Tasmania Sir Guy Green.

Brett Youlden Racing The name Youlden has been around Aussie motorsport for many years. Brett Youlden and his brother Kent have been involved at Australian racetracks for in excess of 30 years, racing in a huge range of categories, mostly of the tin-top variety. No stranger to Australian motor racing, Brett Youlden has had an impressive history on the track having achieved podium finishes in the early nineties endurance racing at The Mountain & driven in many V8 Supercar events and more recently in the Touring Car Masters championship series.

RAPISARDA TOP FUEL DRAG RACING The Rapisarda Autosport International team is dedicated to Top Fuel racing in memory of Louie Rapisarda, son of Santo and brother of Santo Jr. and Santino, who lost his life in 1990 in a top fuel drag racing accident in Willowbank Raceway in Queensland. Paul & Tania Clarke Paul Clarke race a 1967 Ford mustang race car fitted with a Big Block Ford 604ci 990 hp and 880 foot pounds of torque. The car has been racing in three different classes in super sedan, supergas and top sportsman series where he made it to the national finals on numerous ocassions. He only uses 100% Atlantic products from oils, coolants, brake fluids.

Dylan Rose #10 Dylan commenced riding motorbikes at the age of 4 and commenced competition racing at aged 7. He has had many first place finishes at various levels of MX Racing but finds the most rewarding part of the sport is the traveling and people he meets. His trailbike uses Atlantic Motorcycle Oils for both the gearbox and premixed fuel over the last two years. R&J AUTOMOTIVE OFF ROAD RACING Ottey Racing has been around for 30 years starting when Kevin was 20 years old, building his first buggy from bits he scavenged from the tip. How things have changed. 5 buggies later and a cabinet full of trophies we have our latest buggy the Prolite 112. Built in 2004 it’s purpose was to share the sport with daughter Lauren. Occasionally sharing the navigating responsibilities with mother Cathy, Lauren’s been in the seat for 10 years and is one day hoping to give driving a go.

jason mciver 26 year old Jason McIver is a local based 360 cubic inch Sprintcar driver based in Darwin, Northern Territory. His racing career spans over 16 years in speedway competition. He just claimed his 5th 360 NT state championship and the Northline speedway track championship in the 360 division with Atlantic oils. His main goal for 2015 is the 360 Australian title held at his home track this coming season with Atlantic oils.

Anthony & Tristan Ayres Tristan has a “super” competitive nature. He has been racing for the past 2 years at both Motocross and Dirt Track and with his recent success at the Central Coast Cup dirt track event, he looks to be paving his way to be a future Australian champion. Anthony was an Australian Junior Dirt Track Champion with many titles to his name, and recently won” Kings of Canberra” a prestigious dirt track event, in the over 35’s class, 30 years after he won it as a Junior. Anthony currently races Motocross and Dirt track.

shane hudson Shane Hudson racing is a speedway sidecar team with Shane as the rider and Brad Pitt as passanger. The team started in 2006 and won 3 Australian junior titles. Last season they had there most successful season placing in both the Victorian and NSW titles, then finishing 8th in the Australian titles. The team is looking forward to another consistant season competing in most major meetings around Australia.

SEVEN STAR MOTORSPORT Driver profile: Glen Shaw started driving in 1994 in the GP Midgets, winning the Australian Title in February 1998, NSW State Title in 2004. Then moved onto Compact Speedcars in early 2006 coming second in club championship. Seven Star Motorsport profile: consists of our driver Glen Shaw, Jenni Shaw team manager, Anthony Jeffery crew chief and Kathy Jeffery manager pit crew. In 2010 we purchased our first Speedcar in a partnership with Anthony Jeffery. Glen came 3rd in the B grade driver’s section, first season out. In mid 2013 we purchased our second speedcar.
