• Work in partnership with hundreds of organisations, and agencies in the public, private and not-for-profit sector annually

• Ambitious faculty team who support, guide and enable researchers to reach their potential.

Step 1: Identify a Management Challenge for a Research Project

The objective is to explore an area of direct interest to your organisation in depth. Examples could include needing to re-structure, introduce new processes, develop a new approach to markets in the light of regulatory or technological change, taking a new approach to developing your team’s skills, or managing a portfolio of products. For some organisations, issues that may not be immediate but are likely to become major within the next three years can merit investigation in depth through such a project. Experienced research supervisors work with your organisation to develop a SMART research project with defined roadmap, outcomes and timelines.

Step 2: Identify the Researcher

Consider whether you will engage one of your own team to take on a project, as part of a staff development initiative. Alternatively engage an external research student to bring in expertise.

Step 3: Fees & Funding

The research project duration is two years. Fees per annum: €3819.
