Senior Designer • Responsible for overall design and management for a variety of projects across multiple market sectors, including commercial office, historic urban infill, retail, and hospitality projects ranging from 1,500 - 40,000 Sq Ft • Duties on the above projects include design, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and client presentations • Works closely with principal architect to collaborate on construction methodologies and design details, and assists in final sign/seal and digital submission to local jurisdictions • Works with clients to develop solutions for land acquisition, creating proformas, and developing site master plans • Solicits and reviews consultant proposals, and reviews consultant drawings for design and quality • Assists in production and detailing on larger scale hospitality projects, up to 150,000 Sq Ft (i.e. boutique hotels) 2016 - 2022 2021 - 2022
