Bosch’s toughest combi laser hands down

BOSCH’S TOUGHEST COMBI LASER HANDS DOWN PRECISE. RELIABLE. EFFICIENT

High precision, robust design, simple operation – this is what the combi laser GCL 2-50 G Professional stands for.

The tool was optimised based on user feedback and is particularly suitable for applications in a bright environment. When levelling in window areas, for example, the green laser lines are up to four times more visible than the red laser lines of comparable tools. In addition, the device is very robust - with a rubber housing and recessed front glasses, it is well protected against impact. The IP64 certification guarantees protection against dust and splash water.

Operate the tool easily and intuitively, with the one button design, to minimise measurement errors. Just one button to set the desired line configurations. The pendulum lock is activated automatically as soon as the device is switched off. The tool is self-levelling in less than four seconds and compensates for surface irregularities of up to ±4 degrees with high accuracy. If the laser cannot self-level due to serious surface irregularities, the laser lines will flash. Furthermore, the function for working with the receiver no longer needs to be set in separately with the GCL 2-50 G Professional. The combi laser detects the optional LR 7 Professional automatically. You can start immediately and extend the working range from up to 15 to up to 50 meters.

▶ IP 64 dust and splash protection ▶ Rubber housing and recessed windows for better protection ▶ Improved HMI with one button does all function ▶ GREEN BEAM for improved visibility

Robustness

The new cross line laser comes with improved features to make it Bosch’s toughest laser so far:

• The impact absorbing rubber body allows for greater protection and more stable positioning and grip on the ground. A great innovation for installing handrails, laying tiles, aligning pipes, aligning light switches, vertical plumbing and suspended ceilings.

The rubber side bumper adds extra protection on both sides of the housing. • Recessed windows, where the green beam is located, are protected by the surrounding rubber body, which gives additional protection of H- and V- laser windows. • Market research has shown that in interior levelling, dust is a bigger enemy than water.

The GCL 2-50 G have been upgraded from

IP 54 to IP 64 so you can focus on the job while working in rough jobsite conditions.

The 6 rating stands for dust tight (highest rating), and the 4 on the rating stands for the water aspect, meaning the new cross line laser can be used in heavy rain. • The improved pendulum lock provides maximum protection during transport, with almost no movement. • Thanks to its new base, the RM 10

Professional rotation mount belonging to the GCL 2-50 G Professional provides even better access to the plumb points and can be finely adjusted. The rotation mount also ensures that the laser lines can be aligned in a radius of 360 degrees around the plumb points.

Laser technology

The green beam feature on the cross line lasers has seen a high demand in the market in recent years.

Is the green beam more visible then the red beam? The answer is YES! Green beam has up to four times better visibility than red beam.

The laser has several operating modes, which you can switch between at any time. These are: cross line mode, horizontal mode and vertical mode.

• The cross line mode generates one horizontal and one vertical laser line • The horizontal mode generates one horizontal laser line • The vertical mode generates one vertical laser line • Levelling accuracy ±0,3 mm/m

Lastly, the GCL 2-50 G has improved battery run time whilst using the four AA alkaline batteries and fits in any ¼” thread tripod.
