Wobble Bone
Tri-state business owner develops unique dog bone that wobbles and spins, reaches customers all over the world
Henry Wolf's mind never stops turning. While most guys his age are easing into retirement, the tri-state business owner is busier than ever, overseeing Briton Mold & Engineering in Henderson (40 years and counting) and at the same time working tirelessly on a new and improved dog bone - the Wobble Bone, he calls it. The idea came to Wolf one day when he was playing with a piece of chain link and noticed how it, well, wobbled and spun around. That's all the info his engineer's brain needed. "I've been molding dog bones for 10 years now," he notes. "So that link inspired me to build what I've got today."

What Wolf's got is a unique dog bone - currently available in bacon or peanut butter flavors - that wobbles and spins to the delight of dogs across the world. Since first appearing on the market in October 2020, orders have been placed from as far away as Australia, Iceland, England and Canada - as well as from most of the 50 states. Across the board, pet owners appreciate that the Wobble Bone's construction makes for both a fun and safe chewing experience for their furry friends.
And speaking of being safe, Wolf is eager to point out that "from the time we mold the parts to the time they're packaged, no human hands touch them - that is big. If you go to the pet section at a store, how many bones are out in the open so that anyone can touch them? I wouldn't want to buy one of them for my own dog." Indeed, the entire Wobble Bone process happens under strict supervision right there at Briton Mold & Engineering. How many products can make such a claim?
Moving forward, Wolf has no shortage of Wobble Bone ideas, including a new oyster flavor and a super thick bone as well. The goal, ultimately, is to come out with a new product every two months. But for now, you can choose from the oval or buckle design (two sizes) or the new Fancy Bone - again, in bacon or peanut butter flavors and all competitively priced (check the website for prices). Best of all, you can get each Wobble Bone personalized with the name of your furry friend!
And FYI, if you need a testimonial to help make up your mind, be sure to follow K9s Mattis and Raider on TikTok - two very popular police dogs that just can't get enough of the Wobble Bone. Check out their videos with millions of views! You can also head over to It Takes A Village and Daisy's Pet Playground in Evansville to see the
Wobble Bone up close and personal.
But none of this would have been possible without the assistance of two very special people: Wolf's son
Tyler Brammer Wolf and Monty Emerson. Both were instrumental in the development of the product.
