FROM THE EDITOR Why is international food good for health? Food is the most important thing in our lives that we need to eat everyday. Eating healthy foods can bring many benefits. You can gain healthy, can control your weight, your blood sugar and stress. If you are talking about healthy foreign food, International Food is easy way to achieve as a healthy meal such as Sushi ,Tom Yam kung, Spring rolls, Khichidi and Gado Gado. These foods are make you good health and easy to make when you are at home. All of this food are famous food of each country in Asia. You can imagine with such a large landmass, the climate and topography varies substantially with in the country. Different soils and climates can produce a wide variety of flavors and benefits. For our purposes, we’re going to give information about good international food for health. But first, let’s considered important history and ingredient of Sushi.

i h i s h u s u S S Sushi is the Japan national dish. It has evolved hundreds of years ago due to the Japanese desire for food preservation. It’s a dish made by using rice mixed with vinegar. Then put into cubes and put on the meat, raw fish or vegetable. Sometimes they wrapped in seaweed. It usually eaten with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. I'll recommend 4 main components of sushi that are useful.

Fish is a good source of protein, iodine, as well as many vitamins and minerals. In fish meat contains Omega 3, especially the eyes and brain. They are fatty acids that help the body's systems work efficiently.

Seaweed contains many important nutrients. It’s also classified as a plant with high protein as well as soy. Importantly, seaweed helps lower blood sugar levels. Which may benefit people with diabetes.

Pickled ginger is a good source of potassium, magnesium, copper and manganese. It has antibacterial, viral and cancerous properties.

Wasabi has properties to help drive the sweet taste of raw fish. It also helps reduce inflammation and anti-hardening of blood vessels.

02 - SUSHI


SPRING ROLLS Spring Rolls is international food of Vietnams and it is a popular dish of Vietnam. One of the country's most famous local dishes. It is great for health lover because it has a lot of nutrient such as protein carbohydrates and vitamins. Spring Rolls has variety of ingredients. It includes pork loin, basil, mint leaves, lettuce, carrot, vermicelli and paper rice. Benefits of spring rolls, there are a lot of vegetables so it helps with bowel movements well. There is no waste accumulated in the body.

Spring rolls, it is low in fat, suitable for people who lose weight. Vegetables in the diet help with vitamins help repair the worn parts make your skin bright. To add deliciousness should eat with sauce. If you find some food to eat at delicious, health and more importantly that it is very easy to make. Just find a way to do it on the internet, you can do it. I recommend spring rolls. Let’s try it.

03 - SPRING ROLLS


Khichdi is one of the most ancient foods and normally eaten in India. It originated from the evening meals of agricultural laborer in India. this meal made the Mughal emperor fall in love and turned it into many different recipes. He also made Khichdi became food to welcome courts and travelers too. But nowadays it served as a main meal or as a comfort food. This menu is quite easy to make. It takes only 30 minutes. The simplest way to make it is to just cook white rice and mung dal with salt to a mushy texture.

Khichdi is good for your health. It has the ability to digest, detoxifying, improve energy and immunity. It free of gluten and also a perfect source of nutrition for babies, small kids, elderly people and sick people. But the most important part is it can help you lose weight. If You balance your meal and include rice in it. You can choose brown rice instead of white rice and also replace moong dal with other dals or bajra. You can add a variety of vegetable to make your meal more fiber rich. It takes 15 minutes less than a normal menu. So, I can assure you that Khichdi is one of the most interesting dishes in the world.


Tom Yum Kung THAILAND Tom Yum Kung is one of the most famous food in Thailand. Everyone in Thailand knows this menu very well. First of all The words of “Tom yum “means “boiling” hot and spicy and sour which perfectly describes this soup. There are two types of this soup : Tom Yum Kung (clear soup) which is original of Tom Yum because in the past we don’t milk or coconut milk in soup and Tom Yum Kung creamy developed from clear soup it started from King Rama 6.

This menu have many herb ingredients such as lemongrass is used in making others Thai foods which have essential vitamins like vitamin A, B1, B2 and B3. It also helps with your cough and digestive problems. Coconut milk is one of the ingredient that you could find in Tum Yum Kung. It has anti-aging properties and will help people get rid of their wrinkles. Chili peppers has vitamin A and used to improve immunity. Lime can help relieve gas in stomach. Kaffir lime can cure cough and some types of stomachache. Those are full of nutrients from shrimps and vegetables . Thai food not only have good taste but also make you healthy. You could find many kind of food like Tom Yum Kung that you could get many nutrients to be healthy. 05 - TOM YAM KUNG


GADO GADO Gado-Gado is a popular dish in Indonesia contain vegetables including fresh vegetables boiled vegetables and many grains topped with a bean-based sauce including carrots, potatoes, cabbage, bean sprouts, green beans, cow-pea, jackfruit, lettuce. It also has tofu and hard-boiled eggs, and is eaten with a variety of fried rice crackers, such as gerupuk, which is prawn crackers or fish. Gado-Gado has a variety of localities. In Surabaya, it is called "Gado-Gado serum", which is poured sauce over other ingredients. In Bandung and Bogor, the sauce is mixed with the seasoning before serving. In Jakarta it's called "Gado-Gadobopol" uses cashews instead of peanuts. Usually the sauce is coconut milk with finely pounded fresh chilies and ground peanuts. Poured on boiled vegetables. It has a sweet, sour and slightly spicy taste. This is a dish for the veg hating child within all of us. So, if you have a chance to go to Indonesia, you must eat this dish in Indonesia. I can assure you that you will not regret it.
