At the end of June photographers, Atticus Radley @ AtticusRadley and Nick Wilkie @blackout.jpg will be heading from Nyc to Maine for a long weekend surfing, camping, and hiking with friends. The concept for this trip stems from a larger scope of work both photographers have been implementing in their own practices working with sustainable and environmentally conscious brands. For this photo series, the photographers want to show just how simple and important it is to implement environmental consciousness in our work as well as our daily lives. Both photographers collaboratively shooting and editing the images to keep the aesthetic of the images consistent.
This project is set to roll out July 1st in efforts to promote Plastic-free July. We believe that environmental change starts with the individual and with your help we can set an example for other makers, creators, and brands. Activities will include. Beach Clean up Hiking clean up. Surfing, skating, campfires, hikes. Plastic-free cooking and camping. (no disposable plastics)
