THE ULTIMATE FAST TRACK TO MEDICAL SCHOOL
FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO M.D. IN 6.5 YEARS!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM AICASA’s academic curriculum includes courses that are typically considered prerequisites for entry into US or Canadian medical school programs. The curriculum also helps students build the foundational skills and knowledge they need to succeed when they begin the Pre-Clinical Sciences component of a medical education program.
American International College of Arts and Sciences Antigua (AICASA), through an articulation agreement with American University of Antigua (AUA) College of Medicine, offers a unique, fast-track path to a medical degree. After two years of undergraduate coursework with an emphasis on the health sciences, successful students earn an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Health Sciences. Upon completion of the health sciences curriculum with a minimum cumulative GPA set by the medical school, AICASA graduates are given preferential admission status by AUA.
The AICASA curriculum is ideal for high school graduates and nontraditional students who are passionate about becoming physicians. The curriculum provides a comprehensive approach to premedical training, emphasizing the development of critical thinking skills. AICASA is accredited by the U.S. Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences.
