Tone of Voice Focus Kinsey’s Flooring has a strict focus on the customer. Copy and imagery should portray nothing but care and concern towards the customer. The branding of our product is to provide a unique artisan flooring experience that cannot be purchased in a “do it yourself” box. Kinsey’s wants their customers to have the floor thay they have been dreaming of; that allows them to express themselves through the beauty and foundation of their home. Imagery Images used to represent Kinsey’s Flooring should provide a sense of warmth, welcome, and beauty. The image should include not only flooring, but the room as a whole with furniture - This enables the flooring to be presented by “tying” the room together.

Bad Imagery These images provide a sense of what imagery not to use when representing Kinsey’s Flooring. Note the empty rooms, lack of warmth, and focus on just the flooring. Kinsey’s wants customers to see our flooring as something that completes the canvas of their living space.

Web & Print Kinsey’s Flooring expresses a very simple interface that does not overwhelm customers. Note the welcoming imagery used on the home page along with the relaxing color scheme. A simple six-page menu will provide customers with any information they’re seeking.
