1. Reach out to our events director, Haley Franklin, using the contact form on our website or directly by email: haley.franklin@auburn.edu. Share the date and type of event, and number of attendees expected.

2. Our events director will connect with you to gather details about your planned event and will prepare a proposal for you that will include your contract for the space.

3. Review, finalize and return your signed contract along with a 50% deposit to the events director. Once your signed contract is returned and your deposit is paid, your space is officially reserved.

4. Plan your event. Dive into the details with our events director to make sure all your needs are met, from audio-visual to catering.

5. Finalize your head count and any last-minute details one week prior to your event.

6. Enjoy your function!

7. Your final invoice from 540 at The Park will arrive within 30 days of your event.

Details And Additional Fees

• Spaces must be reserved a minimum of 14 days prior to your event.

• 540 at The Park reserves the right to retain the 25% of the contract amount for cancellations less than 5 days from the date of the event. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the event, 540 at The Park reserves the right to assess a fee equal to 50% of the total invoice amount of the rental contract. For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, 540 at The Park reserves the right to assess a fee equal to the total invoice amount of the rental contract. Cancellations must be provided in writing or by email to events director, Haley Franklin.

• Clients may incur a “flip fee” if significant changes to room set ups occur during an event.

• Use of audio-visual equipment is included in package pricing. For additional equipment and /or advanced technical support, please contact Auburn AV at (334) 821-2701.

• Parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis.
