NAU MAI, HAERE MAI WELCOME — Nathan Homestead offers fun, active, creative and educational school holiday programmes for children 5 to 14 years. For more than 20 years, our programme has provided artsfocused learning based at the historic Nathan Homestead, within the grounds of David Nathan Park. Our programme is OSCAR approved and supported by WINZ. Full of adventure, creativity and discovery your child is sure to be active and happy in a safe and well-supported environment. The programme includes specialised theme days as well as mix ‘n’ match days that are packed full of cooking, science, sports and take-home arts and crafts activities. There are also special trips and opportunities to participate in activities in the park. Specialist workshops in visual and performing arts will inspire young artists 8 to 14 years, providing highquality arts tutoring on sustained projects, from painting and sculpture to drama and dance. Whether making a unique work of art or being part of the cast for a new play on stage, these workshops are a great way for young people to grow their skills, meet new friends and discover hidden talents.
ENROLMENT ll programmes run from 9am - 3pm, A Monday to Friday (excluding public hoidays). Enrolment ages are from 5 to 14 years, unless otherwise indicated. Enrolment forms are available online and at Nathan Homestead. For all full day bookings there is a supervised lunch break from 11.30am to 12.30pm. Please provide a healthy packed lunch for your children. BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME CARE Before and after school care is available for $5 per hour, from 8am - 9am and 3pm - 6pm. PAYMENT ayment can be made with cash, P eftpos, credit card or cheque. Please make your cheque payable to Auckland Council. The full course fee must be paid in advance and at the time of enrolment. WINZ subsidies are available on application. CHILD SAFETY Nathan Homestead provides a safe, high-quality OSCAR approved school holiday programme with experienced staff and tutors. There is a staff/child ratio of 1:10 on-site and 1:8 for day trips.

BUTLER’S PANTRY Butler’s Pantry, located at Nathan Homestead, is offering $10 delicious healthy children’s lunches which include: • A sandwich (or roll or wrap) • Seasonal fruit • A snack, such as a muesli bar, biscuit or slice • A bottle of water or a juice box Orders can be made with the café at the beginning of the week but no later than 24 hours before the lunch day. As the café is open from Tuesday to Saturday any orders for a Monday can be made the previous Saturday.
