We will help you every step of the way from preparing you for the workforce, finding you a job and mentoring you for the first year. We have been around since 2008 and helped over 500 young people from South Auckland to start their careers and build successful lives.

What sort of job will I get? There are lots of job opportunities for young people with the right skills and attitudes. Cadets have been employed in every industry; administration, business, hospitality, retail, logistics, call centres, construction, and customer service. We will help you discover your skills and passion and match that to a job.
What happens on CadetMax? CadetMax is a journey. It starts with a one week Induction programme where we find out about you and you find out a lot about yourself. Then you spend 2 days a week with us job hunting and building your skills until you start that great job. This involves coming to our office in Manukau, applying for jobs, attending interviews and landing that great opportunity. Finally, we will continue to support, encourage, mentor and celebrate your success for the first 12 months in employment. We are going to get to know each other really well!
What else will I get? We are committed to building your skills and the value you bring to an employer: • You will get the next stage of your driver’s licence, we will pay for training and the test! • Travel expenses are reimbursed to you for coming to Manukau and going to work experience. • When you are working, we will pay for courses and qualifications like fork hoist, apprenticeship fees, Site Safe – whatever is relevant to you and the employer.
