Welcome to Eyrie Theatre Company’s presentation of
We are so excited to welcome you to the Eiffler Theater, and we hope you have a great time watching these amazing students! The themes in High School Musical JR. are ones that are very familiar to our students … “Stick to the Status Quo!”
Often, especially in middle school, students are reluctant to step out of their chosen “role” and try something new. That is why I love the message of this show! You CAN be an athlete and an artist, a brainiac and singer, a thespian and a jock. You are not limited by how you are perceived by others, and you just have to be brave and surround yourself with a community that accepts and applauds all of your facets.
That message is one that we at Holy Trinity and Eyrie Theatre Company, especially, emphasize with our students. We are dedicated to building community, first and foremost. Our theatre community is a place where students can take risks, step out of their comfort zones and gain a different perspective in a place that is safe and accepts everyone. We work very hard as a community to recognize each student’s special gifts and talents and support their development as a performer and as a human being. “We’re All in This Together” is our motto and message, always!
We are privileged and blessed to be a part of helping students discover their special gifts and talents, and we are beyond proud to offer the opportunity to participate in theatre to students in grades 1 through 8. Our theater is now a state-of-the art facility to carry us into the future of performing arts education, and we are so very grateful for the kindness, diligence, and generosity of our community who made it possible! After years of dedication and hard work, we have a facility that matches the talent and abilities of our students.
Thank you so much for coming to the show and supporting Holy Trinity’s Eyrie Theatre Company. Enjoy the show!

Jack Richards Head of Schools
We are thrilled you can join us for this dynamic show! Mrs. Harrington and the entire cast and crew have worked exceptionally hard on this production over the last several months. Along the way, they have developed an outstanding community that supports and encourages each other to take risks on the stage and to find their potential as performing artists.
Our Eyrie Theatre Company continues to grow, with around 40% of our student population involved in our performing arts. We are extremely proud of the talent and passion these students and adults possess to put on such incredible performances.
Holy Trinity is a blessed, Catholic community unlike any in the Archdiocese of Louisville. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful theatre to showcase our students’ abilities. This space would not be possible without the generosity and support of so many donors. We want to publicly thank all these donors for their generosity and for making our students a top priority.
Currently, we are fundraising to build a handicapaccessible playground for our students at our Clifton Campus. We have acquired the land and razed two houses. We need additional funds to build the playground. If you feel called to contribute to this initiative, please reach out to either one of us.
Thank you for your support of Holy Trinity’s Eyrie Theatre Company.
We hope you enjoy the show!

EMMA BLAKEY (Cheerleader, Megamix Soloist) I am going to miss the play because I have made so many new friends during my time here. I had so much fun doing all of the plays and everyone always has good energy and they are always so much fun when you have friends on it. I hope that all the plays in the future are as fun as the ones I have been in…Goodbye.
MASON DAVIS (Zeke Baylor) Throughout my time at Eyrie Theatre Company, I have had many amazing experiences that have grown my love for theatre. I love the environment that it creates, and all the awesome people I get to meet. I’m going to miss the feeling of being able to go on stage with some of my favorite friends, meeting all the awesome people that I have had the opportunity to meet, and the amazing experiences. I would recommend just giving theatre a try to anyone, even if you don’t think you'll like it. I think this because theatre creates the best experience for anyone, and lets people experience all the amazing things I have.
ETHAN LARE (Coach Bolton) I loved the Eyrie Theatre company because I learned how to speak in front of people. I’ll miss the family and the community every year. Younger kids should try it because it is the closest you will get to professional acting and to learn how to public speaking!
LEILA LEVERETTE (Brainiac, Thespian, Megamix Soloist) I had so much fun doing the play this year and last year. I have made so many friends and a lot of memories, and I will be very sad to leave. I hope other students have just as much fun as I did… Goodbye.
BEXLEY MCNEAL (Chad Danforth) Eyrie Theater Company has done so much for me through my life and touched me in ways that I never thought anyone could. I always had an issue with public speaking, and I was always encouraged by people like my dad to step out and communicate with others to utilize my intellect. I tried everything and little did I know, ETC was the answer. It was an easy way to meet people, get over some of my fears, make fun memories, and become a better person overall. I appreciate every person that I’ve formed healthy bonds with through ETC and will never forget this chapter of my life as I continue on to Trinity High School and life beyond.
CHARLOTTE MURPHY (Taylor McKessie) As I take my final bows with Holy Trinity Eyrie Theatre Company, I am reminded of all the wonderful friends and memories I have made over the last nine years doing Holy Trinity musical theatre. From my start as a sheep as a kindergartner in EI EI Oops to Taylor in High School Musical Jr., I’ve had so many great experiences and opportunities. I’ve made so many great friends and learned so much from Eyrie Theatre. It truly is a special place. For anyone thinking about doing theater, do it!
ABBY PRITCHARD (Brainiac) Over the time I’ve been working with this group I have been both cast and crew. Having said that, I have seen how the people work together, grow, and share their passion to put on an amazing performance. Being around this group of talented individuals has made me grow closer with my peers, learn from others, develop a sense of self, and boost my self-confidence. But most importantly it gave me a family. There is something about a group of people
who love what they do coming together to create something special that I find inspiring. The Eyrie Theater Company is not only a community, it’s a home.
COOPER STERNBERG (Jack Scott, Jock)
As my time in Eyrie Theatre Company is coming to an end, I want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way. Whether it was the group from Mary Poppins or Beauty and the Beast, everyone throughout my experience has been so kind and supportive. I also want to thank Mrs. Harrington, Mrs. Sharp, Mr. Harrington, and Emily who is our awesome choreographer! This is a place, as Mrs. Harrington would say, a “no diva zone” where everyone can be who their character calls for them to be without anyone judging them. It is also a place where I learned to just be myself anywhere and everywhere. So, thank you so much Eyrie Theatre Co. and go break a leg.
(Gabriella Montez) My “acting career” started when my oldest sister cast me as a half-human, half-mermaid four-yearold in a Wintergerst production titled the “Mermaid Movie.” Growing up surrounded by this creativity led me right to Eyrie Theatre Company. Throughout my time at Holy Trinity, I have faced many personal challenges that few people understand. Still, Eyrie Theater has always been a haven for me to express my innermost feelings. This year’s performance had many ups and downs, but we pulled through and fully immersed ourselves in the true message of the show, “We’re all in this together.” As I move on from my home at Eyrie, I will remember all the memories that were made with the cast and crew, but above all else, I will remember
the person who had confidence in me when I didn't have confidence in myself, Mrs. Harrington.
LINCOLN WOLFE (Kratnoff, Jock, Brainiac) I’ve loved how the Eyrie Theatre lets me get into character and challenge myself with acting and will miss the friendships I’ve made and the thrill of performing on stage. Younger students should give it a try because it builds confidence, teaches us skills we’ll need later in life, and it is a great way to have fun with a cool group of people!
