CITY OF AIKEN PARKS, RECREATION AND TOURISM SUMMER CAMPS
Campers will engage in arts and crafts, physical activities, meet special guests, go on field trips, conduct science experiments, and enjoy swimming at the City of Aiken Public Pool, among other activities! Parents are responsible for providing daily lunch, snacks, and drinks. Day camps are held Monday through Friday, June 3–July 19, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

GERTRUDE HERBERT INSTITUTE OF ART SUMMER CAMP
Students ages 5–6, 7–8 and 9–10 will enjoy a well rounded week of art as they rotate daily through three different studio classrooms exploring and learning new things about painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and clay from three different instructors. At the end of the week students will take home work from each class. All supplies are included in the tuition along with a GHIA Camp T-shirt. All clay pieces will be fired and glazed. Campers will break for lunch each day. Students will provide their own sack lunch and drink. Camp runs from 9 a.m.–1:30 p.m. for the following weeks; June 10–14, June 17–21, June 24–28, July 8–12. Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art Summer Camp is $200 for members or $260 non-members.
