UNWANTED MAN Apparently, many homeless people have their home and families but the main reason why they left their houses is the problems in the family. This stor y is the reason why a former prisoner is not accepted by people and gets depressed when he does not receive any words of care or adoration from his family. “Speaking of the past, I’m so sad that I had this wife in my life” A 51 year-old man talked about his life with hopeless eyes as he was feeling sad and could not accept his wife’s behavior when he talked about his family. In the past, he killed one guy and was imprisoned over a year without any relatives visiting him, including his child and wife. So, he was disappointed and decided to live without his family whenever the he gets released from prison. According to his personal record, many people looked down on him and acted to him as if he was a

dangerous person, a bad man that would never become a good man only because he murdered a man. Asking for the reason to commit murder, he said that he did not want to kill anyone. “Ever ything has a reason. If that guy hadn’t come and begun to fight, it wouldn’t have happened.” Now he earns his living by selling bottles around Klonglord for recycle. After he gets paid, he keeps money for buying food and drink. When asked about his thought of returning to his live with family, he refused. Saying that feeling like an unwanted person was not a good memor y. “So it ’s not the place where he can live with happiness.” he said. “Since I got out of jail. I’ve been living for two years. I never think of going back to that place. They can live without me anyway.” “ Why should I go back? They do not want me and never think of me.”

INTOXICATED HOMELESS PERSON Life is not a magician’s myster y hat from which ever ything can be conjured. Today we have seen many homeless people along the roads in big cities. And as time goes by, their daily living never changes. They sleep on the street and some beg for money. However, there are some hidden stories of their life that are rarely revealed or mentioned in the mass media. We normally see them in distinguish characteristics, but why don’t we find out about their life stories. A middle-aged man who a good mechanic is called “Krao” came to share his stor y. He came from Petchaburi and graduated with a bachelor ’s degree. He said that when he was an adolescent, he did several mechanical jobs such as a wood technician, a technician for changing the color of wool shoes, a construction builder and a worker for the production of car ’s gadgets. His family loved him dearly and he could get ever ything from his family. Nevertheless, he got tired of working on the job that focuses on working hours rather than the quality of products. As a result, he behaved differently from his boss. He decided to quit his job for freedom and started selling recycled trash and old products beside the road. In his love stor y, he once had a well-off girlfriend. Nonetheless, her

family forbade her from dating him. They decided to elope and live together. However, life was not as smooth as he thought. One day he discovered that his girlfriend was addicted to drugs. He tried to convince her to stop but it was useless. The day after, his faithful girlfriend stole his money and left him for another man who was his friend. The broken-hearted man turned into an intoxicated person, getting drunk ever yday more than 10 years. He had problems with his health. 10 years later, a car accident broke his leg. He then realized about how important of his health was and was able to stop drinking from that time on. Now he has only himself because both of his parents have passed away. He sold his parents’ house and moved to live with his aunt. Nevertheless, there was no place likes “home”. After he had moved to live with his aunt for a few months, his aunt started expressing disfavor to him which could be implied that he should leave. With a different lifestyle and many other conditions, he felt uncomfortable and decided to go out living on the street and spend life like homeless people until today. “Ever ything has a reason. If you stare at one guy, please look into his heart or the reason behind, and you will understand them, Homeless People.”
