While you can achieve results within a short time, there is a better way. How about regular exercise and healthy practice all year round? Yes, it is absolutely possible to stay fit and sexy all through the year irrespective of the season. Working out is crucial to all of us, whether you are body buildW
ing or cutting fat for health reasons. However, subjecting your body to an overdrive of vigorous activity is not healthy; although you might achieve the desired body goal, you will pay later with pain and lots of therapy. Instead of panicking about your body every time summer nears, make it your routine and keep that dream body. To be fit and sexy, you have to understand the close coordination between the mind and body. These two are inseparable. Although we associate exercise with boosting immunity, mood

and energy, there is more to that. Physical exercise also influences how you feel. Achieving a healthy lifestyle not only involves exercise, you have to eat and sleep well as well as practice positive thinking. Fit and sexy is not only about the body but the mind too. However, drastically stopping chocolate and sweets deprives your body. In fact, it gets shocked and will take time to adjust. You have to remember the goal in this case is not only the body but the mind as well. If the mind is stressed on favorite food deprivations, you won’t relax and feel sexy, even if your body is fit. Therefore, be in control of the food. Take it in small amounts
and on irregular basis. Mind set and appropriate goals are important when working out. When exercising, you have to start on an appropriate note with suitable strategies. While many people go working out because of fat and rich bellies, don’t spend every morning on the mirror feeling helpless about your body shape and size.
