PORTFOLIO
Hello! My name is Aurel. I am currently fifth semester Architecture student at BINUS University. I would describe myself as a hardworking and dilligent person. I believe I am able to work in team and easy-going to work with. I am also very adaptive with new changes and environment. I am a fast learner and keen to learn new things. My weakness is I may forget things, however I can help myself by writing down notes and to do list so that I can recall the forgotten things and stay on focus. Above all, I would say that I am a enthusiastic and persistent person.

Public park as the heart of the library to overcome the problem of lack of city park in Jakarta. Park serve as public and communal/social place for people living at the surrounding site. The park is located between 2 buildings to give shadow-casted area between the buildings and underneath the connecting bridge. This arrangement also resulting with better air circulation throughout the site area.
66
Local culture of Betawi is integrated with the building by using Pucuk Bambu Motif (traditional Betawi Motif) as secondary skin and canopy roof. Secondary skins wrap the building to prevent heat generation inside the interior (major part of building facing West). Therefore, sun ray is needed to be filtered by using secondary skin.
