HERBS ARE KEPT IN CLOTH BAGS OR GLASS POTS IN THE DRY PLACE. DRIED HERBS ARE USED FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS. THEN THEY LOSE THEIR MEDICINAL QUALITIES.


HOW TO MAKE HERB TEA?   

YOU CAN MIX HERBS. IN THIS WAY WE GET HEALTHFUL MIXTURE. WHEN YOU ARE ILL, DRINK 4-5 CUPS OF TEA A DAY. BREW THE HERBS UP WITH HOT WATER, STAY FOR ABOUT 10-15 MIN. THEN DRINK.
