Taekwondo At Beck

This popular Korean Martial artform is a blend of punches, fighting movement and spinning kicks. All classes are taught in small groups to maximize learning and provide more individual attention. Protective gear will be required for all sparring activities. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and are progressed as skills are mastered. Uniforms are optional and are available for purchase. Belt testing is also optional and requires affordable additional fees.

Gracie Women Empowered

Ages 13 and older

Women Empowered® is the official Gracie self-defense system for women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). In this 15-lesson program, we will teach you to neutralize the 20 most common threats ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant.

Monarch Tagging Community Science Project

The monarch butterfly’s migration is still as mysterious as it is amazing to scientists and butterfly fans alike. These beautiful butterflies need our help, and one way to do this is by joining us in the Monarch Watch project. This community science program runs across the country to track the monarch migration.
