Please provide a brief history of the company: Our Brownsdale Charter was purchased in 1992 which included the Sargeant Branch. The Austin Branch was purchased in 1998 from TCF Bank. How many employees do you have? 12 Tell us a little about your business. What are your specialties? We offer lending for agriculture, consumers, commercial, and mortgages along with a suite of digital products to manage your finances. What are some of the new things your business is doing? We implemented a service called ClickSWITCH. ClickSWITCH allows customers to move recur ring automatic payments and direct deposits to First Farmers & Merchants Bank from another financial institution. No paper. No stamps. No hassle. It is also a useful tool if a customer experiences fraudulent activity on their account, it quickly sets up a new account and closes their old one. Another exciting product we introduced early this year are personalized debit cards. A customer can up-
load their favorite photo and turn it into their everyday debit card! What sets you apart from other companies and why? Our level of commitment and service to our customers.
