BUSINESS REVIEW Name of the business: Sellers Lock & Key Inc. Owner(s) of the business: Jeff & Charisse Sellers Please provide a brief history of the company: We opened for business in June of 2008. At that time we were a 1 man mobile only locksmith. In 2009 we bought out our main competitor. In 2010 we added our 1st employee and in 2011 we opened our storefront location. In 2012 we added 2 more employees. In 2018 we built our new shop/showroom.
What sets you apart from other companies and why? Our knowledge and customer service! Nobody knows more about locks and keys than us and our speed and customer service is unmatched!
How many employees do you have? We have 4 employees. Tell us a little about your business. What are your specialties? We are a full locksmith/safe company. We service residential, commercial and automotive customers. We sell, open, repair, install and move safes. Recently we partnered with Leisure Aquatic Products from Rochester and now sell spas, pools, chemicals, outdoor living such as, fire tables and patio sets.
What are your goals for the upcoming year? To settle into our new building and complete construction/remodeling of our old office area. To continue to grow our locksmith/ safe business and grow our new business with Leisure Aquatic Products. What are some of the new things your business is doing? What are you most proud to tell customers. We just completed construction of our new 3,000 sq. ft. retail shop. We have recently we partnered with Leisure Aquatic Products from Rochester and now sell spas, pools, chemicals, fire tables and patio furniture.
