Our first day of business was September 15, 2007. We prepared for one year to bring our new business to Austin. Our plan has been to bring the perfect experience to our customers. How many employees do you have? 7 people Tell us a little about your business. What are your specialties? We are a buffet and Mongolian grill. We offer a wide selection of Chinese food. Our goal is to satisfy our customers, with all Chinese food catering to America’s taste. What are some of the new things your business is doing? What are you most proud to tell customers, and why? We knew this would be a challenging experience and are happy we overcame obstacles to offer a unique and clean dining experience to the Austin area. What sets you apart from other companies and why? We offer Mongolian stir fry in addition to our buffet. What are your goals for the upcoming year? We hope to offer healthier Chinese food with less oil, less salt and less sugar.
