He started his own service and repair business in 1984. On November 20th, 2000, Ralph opened the Donkers Hometown Appliances retail store. How many employees do you have? 9 employees Tell us a little about your business. What are your specialties? We specialize in service. We are the only local retail and service of major appliances to the local area. We carry Whirlpool, Samsung, Frigidaire, Kitchen Aid, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, Speed Queen and Toro products. What are some of the new things your business is doing? What are you most proud to tell customers, and why? Now carrying Speed Queen washers and dryers. They are commercial grade quality built to last 25 years in your home. We are proud to be a local hometown store to service the Mower County area. What sets you apart from other companies and why? We have our own service department to provide peace of mind to our customers. What are your goals for the upcoming year?
